Thank you for the excellent presentation given to our organization!  The conversation that followed affimed the lessons that you so expertly presented to us.  Your professionalism, solid information, and supportive presentation skills added to our conference.  Again, thank you for working with us. We hope to have you back in the future.

Thea Spina (Hanover Township Principal)

I had a wonderful experience working wtih you. I am so glad that my company introduced us to each other.  I truly believe it ws an act of fate.  I want to thank you for your guidance and insights.  They have helped me empower myself.  You are and will continue to be a huge part of my success, and for this I thank you.

Robert Beagan (Client)

Throughout my education, there are few teachers who I have higher regard for and think of more fondly than you.  All these years later, the impact you had on my life remains with me.  Thank you.

Jessica S. (College Junior)

I cannot thank Coach Randy enough for opening our eyes!  The Professional Skills session was absolutely magnificent!

Arnie L. Abram (NFTE Alumni Services)

Coach Randy has an exceptional way of relating to teenagers. He is very sensitive to their needs and develops an excellent rapport with them. Teenagers truly look up to him. Through Coach Randy’s encouragement and coaching, Michael expanded his leadership skills and in the process formed an incredible close bond that exists to this day.  Coach Randy found ways in which Michael could stretch his limits, mature as an individual and reach his potential, ready for the challenges of college and the future ahead.

Bonnie Hollis (Parent)

Coach Randy has and continues to help me achieve my personal goals, and pushes me to my full potential.  He is a wonderful mentor for all teens as an advisor, a personal coach, and most importantly, a friend.  If there is a man who I will remember in 20 years, and a man who I can honestly admit has changed my life for the better, that man would be Coach Randy.

Jordan Kaplan (High School Senior)

Coach Randy is a special person with an extraordinary gift.  He has the unique ability to connect with teens on a level that most people cannot. He is not only a good listener, but a problem solver who creates solutions.   Coach Randy has served as a role-model to me, and time after time, has proven that he is someone who can be trusted.  His fun-loving and caring personality makes him easy to speak to, and his honesty is refreshing.  There are very few people who I feel comfortable sharing my problems with, and Coach Randy is one of them.

Josh Allen (College Senior)

When I first met Coach Randy, I knew immediately that he would be more than just an advisor to me.  He was always willing to go the extra mile to get things done, even if it meant doing extra work.  When I needed direction on anything from school to personal life, he was the one I turned to because he always knew of a way for me to handle any situation.  For the four years I have known him, Coach Randy has always been there for me…I have always been able to count on him.

Eric Sussman (College Freshman)

Coach Randy has always been someone I could depend on no matter the situation.  He was always there when I needed someone to talk to when no one else seemed to listen. His guidance, encouragement and help he has given me the confidence I need in my life.

Michael Hollis (College Freshman)

Coach Randy has a special gift when it comes to working with young people. His talents were evident during each lesson. The students gravitated to him as he ran the sessions. Even the most reluctant students were touched by his masterful approach to teaching and communicating. Project PRIDE was well planned, executed and filled with excitement and novel techniques that held everyone’s interest.

Mrs. Janice Naldi (Principal)

Coach Randy is an extraordinary individual. He gives teenagers a chance to express themselves without being judged and allows them the opportunity to work through their problems in a constructive and concrete manner. I only wish that I had somebody like Randy when I was a teenager to help me work through the difficult times.

Cantor David Rosen

We read the evaluation forms that the students completed and every one of them commented on how great you were and how much they learned during your “Leader In You” session!  You are a true commodity and I hope that we can find more places for you in our school.  Our community has so much to learn from you and I hope that I can help make that happen.

Carrie Zucker Siegel (Program Director, SSDS)

If it hadn't been for Coach Randy, I would not be where I am today. Coach Randy has been there for me every step of the way; he has listened when I needed him to and given information when appropriate. He has always been available to help me with all of my problems and concerns. Not only is Coach Randy a great friend to have, but he is someone I will always look up to and turn to with my problems; he is truly willing to help, and his role in my life has had a undoubtedly positive effect.

Lauren Ehrlich (College Sophomore)

The work Coach Randy has done has really been terrific. My teen’s attitude and ability to plan and set goals for herself has been greatly improved. We are so proud of her success. Thank you for all your time, energy and commitment. Your help has been invaluable.

Eleanor Kramer (Parent)

I attend your session, "THE LEADER IN YOU" during the 2006 Tri-State Camping Conference and want to thank you so much for your inspiring and encouragement words to keep doing what I'm doing.

Sandra Arboleda (Elizabeth YMCA Summer Program Director)

As a non-profit YMCA camp we have never opted for a professional like Coach Randy. To my amazement, out of professional courtesy and a sheer love of what he teaches, he was able to develop a workshop plan to fit our budget. Coach Randy believes that all camps should have similar opportunities, and he is someone who can make this possible.

James Goodger (Montclair YMCA Camp Director)

Coach Randy presented a comprehensive assembly and series of workshops on bullying and peer pressure to our fifth graders. Not only was he able to communicate effectively with the kids on their level, using their language, but he made a difficult subject entertaining and gave the students some really valuable tools to use in difficult situations.

Dana Longstreet (PTA President, Maplewood, NJ)

Your programs were EXCELLENT! From the small classroom situations to the large scale presentations your programs had the most impact. You presented a plan of action for making their school year a success. The large scale presentation had students thinking “out of the box.” Their comments ranged from “I wish he could be our teacher all year” to “lets do more of the games and bring him back.” You have a unique ability to relate to teenagers and be sensitive to their needs. Every group and organization would benefit from your unique programs.

Charles Feiner (Guidance Counselor-Middle School)

Coach Randy is a master motivator and mentor. He provided our parents constructive and positive ways to understand bullying behaviors and empower their children if facing a bully. Coach Randy gave more than helpful suggestions; he provided a larger framework on bullying from which the entire school community can learn and benefit. I only wish we could have him with us everyday!

Diane Thomson (Seth Boyden Demonstration School PTA)

I must say THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!! The feedback was extremely positive and our administrators came in to me yesterday to thank me for finding such a wonderful presenter. They said their phones were ringing off the hook with accolades all morning.

Susan Pickett (ARC of Union)

"Coach Randy helped me work out some problems I was having. He acted as a "neutral" third party and helped me to see things from a different perspective and to develop strategies to tackle my goals."

Scott W (High School Junior)

My son appears to feel good and more confident about himself.  I believe your efforts were effective in guiding him in a positive direction as I also think he understands a bit more about friendships and how he can better influence others in a good way.  I am very happy that he had this coaching experience with you and confident that he will not forget your guidance in these very influential years of his life.

Dan Pocus (Parent)

Thanks for coming to Mother Seton Regional High School I was happy you did!! I feel as though I became less shy and more confident thank you again!!

Heidi (Student)

I appreciate how you were an inspiration to me and the other students. You made me realize that it's important to be open, give people chances, and that it's ok to make mistakes. I think god sent you to Mother Seton to reach out to me and let me know that everything is going to be ok, and that this year will be amazing.

Candice (Student)

Thank you again for a great experience during your visit. Your coaching was a fabulous "resource" for our faculty and students and the positive messages you shared will stick with us throughout our life's purpose.
