Using a simple, yet powerful three-step formula, participants will be astounded as they realize how their thoughts, feelings and actions attract situations in their lives.
The
greatest days of your life…..so far!
- High School is one of the most significant time periods in anyone’s
life. The physical, social and environmental changes are so massive
and significant it’s easy to feel that nothing could ever be better.
It’s also a time of major lows. Trying to balance out the two can
make anyone a bit crazy. Coach Randy will take you on a journey to remember
as he reflects on those wonderful days of high school and what lies
ahead.
The
Leader In You - Integrity.
Accountability. Respect. Vision. Commitment. In this inspirational
program, students explore the principles of leadership and how
leadership is defined by character and behavior, not age or status.
Participants are challenged to make positive life choices; set
purposeful goals; create a plan for achieving those goals; believe in
themselves; and feel a sense of responsibility for others. Coach Randy

Out, Burnt Out, Put a Fork in Me! - High
School can be stressful and overwhelming. If we let it, it can drain
our energy and cause us to feel “burned out”. In his unique and

healthy life choices is vital to your future. He offers suggestions
and shows how your thoughts and feelings affect your overall
well-being.
Confronting
the Idiot in Your Friend - Everybody
knows at least one person/friend whose behavior causes tensions and
problems for everyone. The out of control athlete; the friend who gets
in fights; the freeloader who never seems to have money to pay for
anything; or the person who constantly encourages you to make bad
choices. We often allow our friends to risk their own health, safety,
relationships or grades with idiot behavior. We are afraid to confront
because we fear losing a friend, losing respect, or being judged. It’s
time to stand up and listen to your inner voice. In this entertaining
and upbeat program, Coach Randy challenges you to stand up and find the
courage to confront negative actions and attitudes from their friends.
He offers practical strategies for increasing the effectiveness of
constructive confrontations and how to approach this person and not
ruin a friendship.

to lead themselves to a successful place.

college classrooms the size of auditoriums, excess freedom,
