Since 1985, thousands of individuals in camp, education, youth groups and other non-profit programs have benefited from Randy’s motivation, training, facilitation and coaching services. Having earned his BA in Sociology and Education from the University of Colorado, an MSW from the University of Southern California, and a Certificate in Empowerment Coaching from iPEC, Coach Randy has spent over twenty years working with individuals as a youth worker, clinician, athletic coach, fundraiser, camp director, and personal empowerment coach.

As a Personal Empowerment Coach, Coach Randy partners with teens to Inspire and Motivate them to achieve their personal goals and dreams, while teaching them valuable strategies to overcome the obstacles and challenges they encounter.

Coach Randy has served as a keynote speaker and workshop facilitator at numerous schools, camps, youth groups and corporations in the Tri-State area. He is the Founder and Creator of the LEAP Program, a six-part youth empowerment workshop designed to help youth and teens identify their purpose, overcome their limiting beliefs, enhance peer relationships, and develop a plan for reaching their true potential.

His hands-on experience, coupled with his background, education and training, has proven to be extremely beneficial to his clients. His sense of humor, sensitivity and contagious enthusiasm stimulate and Empower clients of all ages. Coach Randy is married to Jessa and has three children.

Coach Kristina brings nearly ten years of experience working with youth and families to personal coaching.  She has worked for non-profits, local and state government and private industry.  Most recently she has worked in the private and public education systems. 

Coach Kristina helps young men and women make empowered choices around personal growth, performance, school, friendship, self-image and self-expression.  She works with youth to create a safe space where they can be themselves and strengthen their confidence.  She understands the challenges adolescents confront and the importance of developing strategies to face difficult life issues.

Coach Kristina has an MSW from Rutgers University, a BA in Psychology from SUNY Oneonta, an ESL Teaching Certificate from the College of New Jersey, and a Certificate of Empowerment Coaching from iPEC.  Coach Kristina will focus her time with YPCoach on the LEAP Experience a powerful character education program for schools.  Email Coach Kristina to learn more about the the LEAP Experience.
